The Psychomerician is responsible for administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests. They are also responsible in assisting the Center’s mental health providers in preparing the data that is part of the psychological assessment. The Psychometrician also assists the Director in the maintenance, inventory, and procurement of psychological test materials. They also perform other clerical or administrative tasks relative to their primary functions.

The Clinic Assistant is responsible for performing daily clinical administrative duties in support of the Director and Chief Psychologist. Roles, and responsibilities include scheduling and confirming patient’s consultations, therapy and assessment sessions; updating of patient mental health records and billing records; administering intake forms; responding to inquiries and handles communications via phone or social media; administers and scores psychological tests (if licensed psychometrician); updating of clinic records and test inventory; and, assisting the Director and Chief Psychologists in other clerical and administrative tasks related to the services of the Argao Center for Psychological Services.
The Clinic Assistant is expected to adhere to ethical and professional standards in psychology, particularly maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
Terms: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Tuesdays to Saturdays
Work Location: City of San Fernando, Pampanga
– Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
– Preferably a Registered Psychometrician or qualified for licensure
